It really couldn&#8217;t have been better (except that there was no champagne, as you&#8217;re not allowed to drink in public over the holidays) and I&#8217;m very happy I ended up staying in Wanaka!<\/p>\n<p>Now I think I&#8217;ll go for a little hike around the area.
